2. Teaming with landowners

In selling land for residential development, landowners work to achieve the highest possible value for their property. However, prevailing land and lot market conditions, site development challenges, and/or development cost uncertainties can often prevent landowners from maximizing economic value upon sale. In such instances, landowner teaming with a strong value-add builder may be the best way for property owners to realize the full economic value of their land. WPG / WPDS is well experienced in teaming and joint venturing with landowners to apply value-add development strategies designed to enhance landowner value. A licensed General Contractor with decades of construction experience, WPG / WPDS is a leader in community and infrastructure development. Our project implementation programs emphasize both unique designs as well as strong cost-effectiveness. Our team has particular expertise is undertaking challenging earth moving and grading jobs, allowing landowners to realize economic value other builders cannot provide. 7. PROJECT FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT, ACCOUNTING & REPORTING

WPG / WPDS maintains a full financial management and accounting staff experienced in all aspects of the project finance and control. Our management and accounting teams produce regular financial reports in order to keep all investors and landowners fully up-to-date on project progress and performance.
