Despite being one of the last remaining coastal properties left of such a size in California, the three hundred lot Brightwater community in Huntington Beach was stalled due to the severe housing and financial crisis. WPG came in, worked with the land owners, and achieved a profitable exit for them through redesigned land and floor plans, marketing efforts, and project management.
