Our Mission

Woodbridge Pacific Group (WPG) is a business unit of Woodbridge Pacific Group Companies (WPG Companies), which serves as the General Contractor for all our projects. The WPG mission is to optimize the design and development of new home communities in order to maximize the value of both residential land and new homes for the benefit of both landowners and investors. WPG’s professional staff and capital partner resources brings great experience to the land and housing development process aimed at maximizing economic value to project stakeholders. An example of our Masterplan community design and execution capabilities is presented in the Belcourt Masterplan video to the left.
